Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team.
  • Coordinate and oversee the progress of various marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Review and provide feedback on the team’s work (e.g., copy, videos, designs) before final delivery to clients.
  • Offer practical suggestions for edits and improvements based on hands-on experience with marketing tools and best practice.

  • Collaborate with different specialists, including copywriters, designers, and video editors, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing assets are delivered to clients.
  • Communicate client needs and expectations clearly with the internal team, ensuring the final output aligns with client goals.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in client account management at a marketing agency, creative agency, or production agency.
  • Must have experience independently managing relationships and daily communications with clients.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to offer constructive and actionable feedback based on hands-on experience with social media management, copywriting, video editing, graphic design, or other technical marketing skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality control.
