Qualifications
Proven experience in client account management at a marketing agency, creative agency, or production agency.
Must have experience independently managing relationships and daily communications with clients.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to offer constructive and actionable feedback based on hands-on experience with social media management, copywriting, video editing, graphic design, or other technical marketing skills
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality control.
