Job Description

  • Conduct cold outreach via email, social media, or other channels to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Monitor comments and messages on client social media accounts, ensuring timely and appropriate responses that align with the brands’ guidelines, templates and tone of voice.
  • Engage with community members online to foster positive relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
  • Track and report on lead generation efforts and community engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and optimize community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience with lead generation and community management on social media platforms, preferably at a marketing agency, creative agency or production agency.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage outreach efforts effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in monitoring and responding to community activity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably, examples of work such as screenshots of interactions with customers on a brand’s social media post.
