Marketing Assistant, Projects and Administration

Job Description

  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Schedule and coordinate social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing activities.
  • Manage digital files and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including meeting coordination and reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in scheduling and file management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or project management role at a marketing agency, creative agency or production agency is preferred.
