I have really enjoyed working with CMT over the past few months. My VA, Gia, is wonderful – she is quick to learn, takes initiative and is super responsive. She’s quickly become my right hand with work and I’ve been giving her more and more responsibility.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kimberly since she started with us in September 2023. She has worked with us across two locations, Hughesdale and Burwood (formerly Ashburton), and she’s been more than what we could have asked for.

From day one, she has brought a positive and professional attitude to everything she does. Whether it’s handling enquiries, managing tasks across two locations, or responding to unexpected changes in our operations, she consistently shows initiative, reliability, and a genuine eagerness to help.

Her ability to adapt to shifting procedures, especially during the opening of our new Burwood location, was exceptional. At a time when many of our systems were being trialled, paused, or completely restructured, she remained dynamic and composed, always responding quickly and asking thoughtful questions when clarification was needed.

She’s proven to be highly capable of balancing a demanding workload while maintaining clear communication and a willingness to learn- qualities that make her a standout support to our team.
