Property Management Coordinator

Job Description

  • Tenant Services (customer service, fast turnaround replies)
  • Handling repair and maintenance requests
  • Administration of routine inspections
  • Coordinating and following up on repairs and maintenance
  • Transfer of tenancy tasks
  • Managing tenant portfolios
  • Setting up Direct Debits, water bills, etc.
  • Setting up newly acquired tenancies

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or property management is a plus but not required
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
